Results are a bit counterintuitive. You may have expected Top16 to have the least rotation, while in fact numbers show that it is most varied in (%) between seasons. Less than a half of Top16 defends the spots during competitive seasons on average.
On the other hand, Top500 has highest retention, reaching almost 60%. Even during offseason, only 50% of Top500 players rotates between seasons.
